rackin not reaching temp

i posted my rackin system up a couple of weeks ago!!i am worried that it isnt reaching temp!i am only using one heat cable should i be using 3/4 instead smaller ones??thanks matt

You'll need to give a few more details if you want some decent help.

What type of rack, what are the temps you're getting, how are they being measured, how are you controlling the temperature and etc?

I am measuring the temperature with a Thermometer in each container. I am only getting around 75 when it should be around 85 instead!I am using a Habistat Pulse Thermostat

No pic under that link, and I'm sorry, but I can't read your English (at least I think it's English).
With that limited info, I would say you should turn up the heat, or set your thermostat higher.
