What youre asking for may not exist in the detail you want. I bet theres tonnes of video of cobras (for instance) striking stuff, but the fact is, most front fanged snakes (the kind where you could "see the venom go in" theoretically, in hella slow motion) strike fast and let go. its all over in 1/2 second or less. Then they wait for the animal to pass out or die before swallowing it.
Rear fanged snakes on the other hand grab an animal and chew it to inject venom. This takes a few seconds and could be caught on video, but the bottom line is, I think, that there possibly does not exist a detailed, super slow mo video, where you can physically see venom injecting into a prey item. Its just too fast, or too disguised in most situations.
At best you could get a video of an animal being struck, and explain that in that instance venom was injected, but what you're asking for is like asking for a video tape of light bending :P
