I change mine regularly. Right now I'm using a handsom Nerodia e. erythrogaster from http://fwie.fw.vt.edu/VHS/snakes_of_virginia.htm.

Edit: The img doesn't work. Here is my desktop. GRRR, that link doesn't work either. If you search 'erythrogaster' on Google then it's the first image that is returned.
