Building a webpage

I am trying to build a web page and was wondering if it's best to start from scratch and to hand-code in the HTML, or use a program like MS Frontpage? I would appreciate any tips. Thanks.

Personally I like writing it from scratch. I never really liked any of the web page builder I've tried.

Cool CS site Brad. I too use Dreamweaver and Photoshop. Put them together and you come up with a great looking site.

I like to build mine from scratch but I do take the odd bit of functional code from MS FP that my meager level of understanding can't grasp.
