What is a leaf chameleon?

When someone refers to a "leaf chameleon" what species do they usually mean? So far I am assuming they mean Brookesia superciliaris. I saw a picture once of a "leaf chameleon" and it looked just like a leaf with legs but I can't find the pic. And when I go to the chameleon sites, none of the pics look like the cham pic I saw.

Does anyone breed that little leaf chameleon Brookesia perarmata?

Some people I know breed them. I think leaf chameleon is just general? I could be wrong but i always thought that they used it if they didnt know the proper name for it

It's even nicer than the pic I saw way back when.

I think you'll have a difficult time finding a B. perarmata breeder. Only a few were ever produced in captivity. Even less were produced from captive breeding.
The species has been raised to CITES I so it is no longer imported. The species has a very limited distribution and the populations took a severe beating from over collection. It is a species that does not belong in captivity.
