My BRB is all growed up!

I was curious to see if my brb could handle an adult rat so I bought one thinking if he couldn't handle it then I would feed him something smaller. He struck at the rat and pulled it into his hide so I left him alone for about 1/2 hour. I checked on him and he seemed to be having some issues with the cramped space inside his hide so I pulled the rat out (he hadn't started eating it yet) and laid it flat in his enclosure. 15 minutes later I checked on him and this is what I found....

the picture doesn't really show how big he is. He is sitting at the diameter of a christmas orange in this picture. I checked on him this morning and he seems to be doing all right. I'm so proud!

A "Choose Your Own Adventure" Hamlet would be nice; To be, turn to page 73.

Yep, BRB's can sure pack away a hefty meal...and don't forget about the all important post-prandial bath

Gotta love them.
