I would find someone experienced in "popping" to show you how to do it.

The hemipenes are in the tail and they are hollow, sort of like a sock inside the tail. There are two of them , one on each side
The process of "everting" snakes involves rolling the thumb from the tip of the tail toward the vent.
The rolling force causes the hemipenes to be displaced and forced out of the tail.
Before doing this the tail must be straight and arched somewhat to open the vent slightly to allow the hemipenes to "pop". This is done by using your thumb or forefinger of the none rolling hand(the left if you're right handed) directly under the vent to force it open somewhat.
It takes years of practice be become good at eversion, and like Mikey says.. It's best taught by someone with experience.

Why don't you just go to port credit and ask them to do it for you?

It's always good to learn to to it yourself, if you can get the opportunity! The more you can learn, the better! I would suggest waiting the two weeks until the show, there are always people willing to help there!

I taught my self both how to probe and pop snakes. My vet did tell me how to do while holding one of my BPs but she wouldn't actually probe the snake unless I paid her to do it as part of the exam. I tried it myself but not with out someone telling me about it first with a snake in there hands.
Cheers,
Trevor
PS
Dr. Seaward has a sexing video for sale on the net and I once found video that could be downloaded from the net showing to herpers sexing a ball and explaining how to do it. Maybe you can still find it through a google.
