Drinks after the Red Deer Show BBQ?
I thought I would put out the idea of going for some drinks after the BBQ Saturday night (The 28th). I'm not too familiar with the city so maybe someone can suggest a place. I was thinking of a sports bar/pub type setting where we would be able to talk over the music. You know, just a chance to get to chat with each other in person, away from our tables and "customers".
Anyway, any thoughts or ideas are welcome!
Oh, and pass this idea on to other sSnakeSs.com members attending even if they are not vendors.

It is in the southern Half of Alberta, Canada, about 150Km(94 miles) north of Calgary, Alberta. Alberta is the main province bordering Montana. HTH.
I'd love to go but I cant(under-age), and I would have loved to go to the BBQ but im not a vendor. LOL . O well, next year when I should have snakes for sale would work! LOL.

There is a fairly big BP's lounge on the north side of the river, that is really easy to find, i think it would do alright..

Last year we crashed his place. Its fine for going out there but a long drive back if you've had a few drinks. I am up for a few drinks in town if anyone else is interested.

Really?!?!? What's the age in Alberta anyway? Hopefully it's not 27, then I'm screwed too!

Ok, I lied. I'm over age even for the States. Piers had to reveal my secret!
Darn, that makes me feel old, I was I wa 15 again.
GUPPIES!?!! Wow, so you're finally a success, job Piers, GOOD JOB!
As for BBQ, I am SO FOR IT. You can ask Ryan (SCALES Zoo) what a master I am at eating and cleaning buffalo steak.
