Belly full of babies
Well as her belly continues to grow, I'm more certain that she's got babies (or slugs... ) brewing away. So I guess I missed ovulation... kind of sucks as now have no ballpark as to when to be expecting anything to bust outta there Either way... that big belly definitely has something in it

WOW, she's huge! Can't wait to see the babies!
If you miss ovulation, can you tell by the shed like in python that has prelay shed?

Thanks everyone!
Jezabel,
Yeah I know the POS will help, but I don't even know when to be expecting that. I virtually have no clue how far along she is, and would really like to know!

Sweet Linds -- congrats!! Hopefully it won't be too much longer before she puts you out of your misery and has some babies... lol. Not knowing sucks... I neglected to write down the lay dates for some of my clutches this year, and not knowing when they should be hatching is driving me nuts
Definitely keep us posted... Think I need to start saving my pennies for one of those babies... lol...

Hey Linds
The bigger she looks the better. I have noticed when the females would ovulate and then not swell up much during their gestation it usually meant slugs.
When I have full term litters the females always looked massive approx halfway through the gestation.
About 2 months after ovulation or 6 weeks after POS is when they generally look the biggest.
Best of luck.
Dan

Great stuff Linds, crossing my fingers for ya!!
But yo should be able to tell roughly when a POS was, if it occurred. I mean, its not like an adult boa sheds every 3 weeks like a baby. So you should be able to narrow it down to at least 2-3 sheds, than count 105 days after that. I would go with the last shed that occurred after you noticed her getting all fat.
You ARE writing and recording all sheddings aren't you???
