That was hilarious ... unfortunately, our neighbors ARE like that. The big problem is, when we call the police (for the 4:00 AM parties) they really don't give a @#$%. They come to the door .. say turn it down ... and walk away ..... five times one night .. 4 the other. Yup .. they did a lot of good. (and it wasn't us that called 5 times .. it was sort of a neighborhood project).
The clincher with ours was when they cut down the hedge ... our hedge ... cause it was blocking their light. This is the country guys ... the 100 foot trees block your light ... the hedge just keeps our house hidden ... well .. KEPT it hidden. Hmmm .. maybe I should start a website.
