Egg incubation container for corns, is this big enough?

I'm changing incubators this year and if I go with this box I can get four in one incubator.
Dose it look big enough?

The dimensions are 13Lx7.5Wx4.5H

Don't know much about incubating eggs, but i think it would be fine if it was a smaller clutch. If you can fit all the eggs comfortably with enough space inbetween them, i think it would work.

Thats exactly the size I use for even the largest Corn or Kingsnake clutches. Should be just fine. Mark

Hi - the corn snake doesn't exist whose clutch would crowd that box. You'll have tons of space for eggs (and hatchlings!), even if you separate them. Good success to you.

PLENTY big enough. Plus corn eggs aren't always adhered together, so you can mix and match and fit them any way you like! Piece of cake!!

Most I ever had in one was like 38 Corn snake eggs (largest clutch). As stated they will hold as much as any Corn will ever lay LOL Mark

Trev, that is plenty of room but you should be cautioned that sterilite, while being cheaper than rubbermaid, has really crappy lids.
I would recommend the rubbermaid shoeboxes over any sterilite equivalent, simply to prevent escapes of the hatchlings...
Make damn sure those lids are on with elastic bands. Years ago I hatched corns in those things and half of them escaped. The lids suck and wont hold snakes in, especially not baby corns which are by far the biggest escape artists out there.
go easy on the holes too.
I usually put no more than 4, one in each corner.
The more holes you have the quicker your hatching medium will dry out.
If you're using vermiculite, try to use a good 2 or 3 inches thickness...Having too little hatching media will also mean you'll end up having to add water

Yeah I know all about the lids, I use this same container in my baby rack but with rubberbands on the lids of the top containers. Vermiculite will be the medium and I'll be buying new containers for the incubator so there will be less holes.
