can any lizards go into a land/water tank?

can any lizards go in to a land/water tank if so where can i get them, are they common, and what would be another good pet for land/ water tank thanks

No. Only the lizards that come from such habitats. There are a few, but by no means all of the lizard species of the planet.

Well there are Salamanders, they're amphibians though.

Ok I'm REALLY not sure about this, but what about Chinese Water Dragons? (I don't know anything about them though...)

Yep, WD are one. Basilisks, water monitors, hydrosaurs (sailfins), etc etc can be kept like that. I didn't mention any species because by nature of the question, I was pretty sure that those would not be a good choice for a first lizard.

Aquatic newts.

other things good for a land water tank: certain frogs n' toads.

Its very hard to keep an aquatic tank clean if iam thinking the same way you are. For basilisks, sailfins and WDs you would be far better off with either a large enclosure with a pond in it still with more land space than water, or just a sensibly sized enclosure with a cat litter pan for water.. Making an aquarium into a semi aquatic habitat is always dirty, and hard to maintain.
