nesting cage for jossé...

Sorry Jossé
I will not post a photo of my nesting cages, however hers a drawing of the first system that worked for me, it doesn’t look like much but its more then you need to get started, like me you will bring new mods to this system as you gain experience, This basic system is what I use for all monitors as a base, with minor mods it will work for all indo monitors.

Ps, no need to email me 10 times with the same question!

Hi Steve just curious. Why is the water dish suspended? So that they can not soak? By now you must have every hollow log and branch in a fifty mile radius of your house!

The no1 reason is to keep it clean.
The next best reason is to keep it at 85f, monitors love to copulate in water!
And last ease of cleaning, try changing a bucket, much easier then a pan of water. Also if you add an air stone in your bucket, you can control humidity levels quit easily, and still keep the water in the bucket.

Excellent thank you for the info. A bucket would be so much easier to change! It would make my wife happier as well. If it has water in it I am likely to spill it.......oops.
