Spider Identification *PIC*

Well I am ashamed to say that I am unable to identify this spider. I have never come across this arachnid before and I have had trouble identifying it with my spider keys.
Any insight????

It's a neat picture nonetheless, hence the posting on this forum.
Enjoy!
Cheers,
RMB

No idea, but very cool arachnid. Its 3rd leg on the right hand side looks injured...

Hi Erin,
I think the leg is just hooked up over the lip of the container, he is vertical in that picture. He was moving pretty quick so, if it is injured, his other seven legs are picking up the slack
I found him in my bathroom by the way, I didn't mention that.
Cheers,
Ryan

You probably won't get an answer it could be a female of the
Araneus sp. or Leucauge sp. then again it could be something completely different. Canada hasn't done the greatest job of identifying native spiders.
