Blech.... a lot of reality tv is a waste of .... airspace? No.. thats radio. Well, in my opinon. I like the osbournes when I see it, and I USED to watch survivor back when it was good, but not a whole lot anymore. Real life is good enough for me. :P ~TR~

I see very little reality connected with most "reality" shows. You think your going to sing to a national audience, be offered a $1,000,000 and a mate, be offered a place on national television, or be sent to a deserted area and asked to perform for the goods to survive? Even shows like cops and real tv have people in abnormal situations that the average joe (or josephine) never find themselves in. There is no reality in media, it is all biased in one way or another, though we are trained to believe our own culture's view from birth. Reality is unemployment, low wages, oppression, and the rich getting richer while the poor labor for them and the governments serve them. My reality is a government that can put a man on the moon but won't solve poverty issues, unemployment while "my nation's" corporations downsizing good paying jobs here and restarting them as low paying jobs in another country so they may more easily abuse labor and increase their riches. My reality has homeless folks begging at many corners across the nation and children starving around the world. "Reality" doesn't sell commercial time and look at the bottom line for this weeks programing. There is a big difference between 'reality' and the 'entertainment' that the media and government want us to ignore. Seldom will you be dazzled by brilliance, mostly it is trying to baffle us with BS. If the commercials don't sell the show gets cut bottom line, realness doesn't sell and makes society look as bad as it really is.

I watched the best "Reality " Show out there tongiht it is on the movie channel and it is called "The Contender" it was hilarious it was who could be the last standing and have killed the rest of the people. I haven't laughed so hard in my life.

It was obviously fake and making fun of reality shows because I hate reality shows

The only one i watch is the Joe Schmo it's actually a really good show surprisingly. It's the reality show that's not real. It's good because it shows how big of a heart someone can actually have. THe Joe Schmo guy named Matt is a super nice and caring guy who has a huge heart and you see it in every episode. ANyways you should really tune into this show because it's one of the best. It's hilarious too.

BIG BROTHER i have watched that show from the very first one. This year was sucky though cause they did the whole x factor!!!. I don't like reality tv but for big brother i made an exception.

They had to get thier name from the book 1856 (i think or something like that.) Double think LOL... Watch out big brother is watching you...

I watch lots of TLC stuff! Thats fun! Like A wedding story, a dating story, a baby story, perfect proposal, clean sweep, while you were out, and trading spaces. But besides reality Tv....Lifetime is a great channel too...it can be very sad though because most of the movies are about women being killed in some sort of way. Gee...how...charming...lol. But its all very interesting!

Not that 50-60 hour weeks and 16-20 hour weekends leaves much time for TV watching, but I just can't get into any of those so called reality shows. To me it's nothing more than a prime example of marketing - instead of coming up with new. quality programs, networks have cloned what was popular at the time and mass produced it. Same thing with the music industry. Not that I'm saying no one should watch them, just don't expect me to stay in the room when they come on

At my house we are obsessed with Survivor. We have a Survivor party each year and bet money on the winner. Last year I won quite a bit of cash of my friends LMAO.

Survivor is the only one I can tolerate though, and The Osbournes.
