In class one day, Mr. Taylor pulled Benny over to his desk after a test, and
said "Benny I have a feeling that you have been cheating on your tests."

Benny was astounded and asked Mr. Taylor to prove it.

"Well," said Mr. Taylor, "I was looking over your recent test and the first
question was, "Who was our first president?" and the little girl that sits
next to you, Sherry, put 'Geroge Washington,' and so did you."

"So, everyone knows that Washington was the first president."

"Well, not so fast," said Mr. Taylor. "The next question was, 'Who freed
the
slaves?' Sherry wrote down Abraham Lincoln and so did you."

"So, I studied history last night and I remembered that," Benny insisted.

"OK, ok..." said Mr. Taylor. "But, the next question was, "Which president
commissioned Lewis and Clark?' Sherry put 'I don't have a clue.' and you
wrote
'Me neither'."
