Keep them with the female. I've always done this with very few problemes. If the females eats them it is either because she was disturbed (your fault) or there was something wrong with the egg sac. After all, SHE knows best. If you are scared of them coming out of the egg sac, just let me know what species you are planning to breed and i'll tell you that species incubation time period and then all you need to do is open up the egg sac yourself 1 week before that date. You will then need to make a trip to your local camera store and ask for their empty film containers as you will need between 100-2000 depending on the species. 200 is the average which also depends on the size of the particular species.
