Nice. Looks like you are giving your ball python way more height than it needs though. You could also fit ANOTHER herp in if you split that section in half!

Your 30" tall bp area. That could be turned into two 15" bp areas with the same square footage... aren't two bp's batter than one?!?!?

looks nice but i would wire it all up with heat tape! i used flexwat heat tape and it works wonders for my burm cage also if you need a large amount it is like 2 bux a foot or something so it pretty cheap. but if you do go with undermat heating and you do use heat tape you have to a) connect it to a commertial thermastat where you plug it in and it has a dial you turn to ajust the amount of electricity that goes to the heat tape. but the only problem with that is that they cost about 40 bux i dont know how much that is in pounds but here its alot for what you get so what i did is wired a rhilostat switch that you use to dim lights to a surge protector and pluged my heat tape to that, and it was about 8 bux, if you do decide to use heat tape and want to save a good bit of money that how u can save about 30 bux (that food for about 2/3 of the yeat for your corn snake) you can ask a guy at a hardwhere store how to do it and they should be able to tell you or if your serous about doing it PM me and ill make a post about how to do it with pictures and stuff,

Don't use heat lamps to heat snakes. Well, at least not the type of snakes you are going to house.

Like mike and jeff said, don't use heat lamps, use heat tape or UTH's for ball pythons and cornsnakes. heat lamps take up too much room and can burn the snake, not to mention the snakes will benifit from a belly heat rather then overhead heat. good luck with your enclosure
