Advice on 24-tank system

I'm planning out a 24 tank system for my leopard gecko hatchlings. I was wondering if people here could give me advice or point out anything I'm missing out.

Each tank will be a maximum of 20"x10"x10" and contain two hatchlings (hatch mates) each. I will have 6 modules, each containing 4 tanks side by side. The long sides of the tanks will be against each other (ie. when I look into the tank from the front of the module I'll be looking through the skinny 10" side). I'll be using heat lamps (probably 50W red lights). Each module will have 2 lamps. Each lamp will be shared by two tanks, the lamp will be centered on top of the middle of two side-by-side tanks. The substrate will be paper towels and there will be a moist and a dry hide in each tank. I'm not using a UTH because they will be too hot for a paper towel substrate, and heat tape is illegal in Canada. The lights will be on 24/7. I've been told leos don't mind a red IR light at night. I can stack each module (I'll be stacking them 3 high and 2 across for a total of 24 tanks). The total wattage for the whole system will be anywhere from 600W (50W bulbs) to 900W (75W bulbs), which is about the same as one of our space heaters. During the summer the tanks will be in the basement where it's fairly cool, and in winter it will be on the main floor. Is there anything I'm missing or anything you think I should change? At the moment I have one 1.2 breeding colony, however, next year I'm hoping to have 3 colonies, and I'll be selling the hatchlings at a minimum of 2 months old.

Thanks, Martin
