I'm not sure if my new ball python is a male or female...the person I bought it from first said female then when I asked him later right before I bought it, said it was male. Almost a year old, is it possible to tell at all from the attached picture? I can also attach more!
You really can't determine the sex of a ball python just by looking at it. You'll need to have an experienced keeper or a vet sex your snake via probing or popping.

Exactly....and this is NOT something you want to try on your own. Let an experienced vet, breeder or keeper sex the animal for you. The snake can be injured if it's done wrong.
