Well, tbh, the pics in the ad you linked looked pretty high contrast and a bit over exposed.

Looks like you have an ivory and not a real BEL. I have one myself and I adore her, but I can understand that you want what you paid for (mine was a rescue, so yeah, nothing paid and no false expectations when I took her on).

Fyi, this is why I would only work woth a small breeder or someone at a show. Small breeders have more to loose so are more forthcoming and willing to work with a customer, and at a show, you KNOW what you are paying for because you can physically see it and touch it. Just my opinion of course.

Not the first time xyz reptiles did the wrong thing by and to the customer. I would definitely return the animal. Be sure to read their t.o.s. ( terms of service).

It is hard to tell much from your pictures with the lighting. Does it have blue to grey eyes? If so than it is a blue eyed luecistic. If the animal is a pinkish color it will become more white with age. They state on their website that it is a mojave lesser which is not known to be the most bel combination. If you want the whitest you need to look for a super lesser, but even they may not be up to your standards. Next time I recommend you do a little more research before purchasing an animal, especially on line.
