Gecko ID Please!

Found this teeny little one outside of work on my way home. Snatched it up and brought it home as a kind of project. I want to get into some more if the 'od-ball' type snakes which usually means WC. Soooo, figured I'd try and keep this little guy alive and kicking as a test for me as a keeper.

Location is Nashville TN

So, anyone know?

My gargs are pretty calm. Now if only I could get them to eat on their own!

My adult eats great...its the little one I'm having problems with I did get them both to eat a little treat today...mushed up some banana with a couple drops of water and they both loved it but that won't be given often. I may consider trying one of the banana flavored foods, though.

Re: Gecko ID Please!

Mediterranean House Gecko (Hemidactylus turcicus) is correct. They have been introduced all over the US and in many places around the world.

Re: Gecko ID Please!

Can you send me a bit of a care sheet for it? I will have to pick up some small meal worms this weekend but won't have time till friday. Will he be ok without food till then or should I let him go? I read somewhere that they have to be fed daily o.o

Also, will small mealies work or will I have to go the cricket rout?
