BCI feeders?
Given the available choices, what's the best overall feeder for an adult female Colombian BCI? Zoey is eating rats right now and will be able to do so for a while, but naturally I'd like to know what'll be best for her.

Re: BCI feeders?
How big is she? Jumbo Rats or appropriately sized rabbits should suffice.

Re: BCI feeders?
I haven't really made any official measurements in a while, but I wanna say she's in the neighborhood of 40 inches or so.

Re: BCI feeders?
Oh ok. Yeah, you're more in the medium rat range then.

Re: BCI feeders?
I feed my female adult bci rats to get her up to weight for breeding but I feed her rabbits to maintain her when not trying to put weight on. When feeding adults it's best to cut out as much fat as possible or to really spread put the feedings.

Re: BCI feeders?
Are chickens a suitable feeder, or will I want to just stick with mammals when Zoey gets bigger?

Re: BCI feeders?
Poultry works okay. Apparently it makes their poo smell terrible. I feed all of my boas chickens on occasion.
