The Right Size And Watt of Radiant Heat Panels

I am getting a 23x23x23 repti-rack enclosure for my JCP. What size and watt RHP would you guys reccomend? I ask because this will be my first time using one and have no experience with them whatsoever. If anyone that has experience with these heating methods could comment I would appreciate it.

Right now the ambient temperature in the room is 75-80 F. In the winter the ambient temperatures can get from 55-70 depending on how cold it is that day.

I would get at least an 80w then put it on a proportional thermostat.
