So i ordered my tank in the begining of december. i have been in contact with ali but i dont want to become a pest so i will ask you guys that have recieved tanks from them. she said it should ship out the end of jan so that would be this week.

did she email you when they started cutting the tank or just emailed you a tracking number?

With me it was a bit different, since I live in the Des Moines metro, they didn't need to ship anything to me. That said, Allie contacted me when it was ready for me to come pick it up. Now if their M.O. is the same as when they ship it, I would imagine they would contact you when they're going to ship it, especially if there's a balance due. I bought, in the past, an 1860/1960(4) and a 1996(6) and recently ordered a T25 for the bigger of my 2 Burms. In all these transactions, I paid half down when ordering and the balance was taken care of when I picked them up. If there is a balance due, I would imagine they would be contacting you to settle that account before they ship your cage.
