Question about F/T
If my snake refuses a meal can I refreeze it and thaw it again for a different meal

You can yes, should you? No.
Once it reaches room temperature and is thawed bacterial growth will have already started.

Short answer is no it's best not to.. As Cory said bacteria will start to grow, and decomposition wil be starting.

Some do, some dont, some will, some wont
Personally i treat their food the same as mine, once defrosted it gets fed or thrown but not refrozen

IMO it's best not to. Bacteria begins to grow exponentially, and refreezing does not kill this bacteria.
Notice how stinky they get after the second thaw? You wouldn't eat meat if it went like that, so why should your snake

I would and I do. I just had a shipment last month get lost for a week in 35°-40° f weather. I kept that box as my personal feeders and have been feeding 10 snakes from it with absolutely no issues.
