We need to see a photo of the snake you want to identify, as well as information about where you found it/saw it.

Hi

Please see the attahement. It was found on the ground in a swampy area near a large fresh water body (Lake Victoria)

I seem to agree with Pareeeee although if was found on the ground unlike that most Boigas
