their tails are just like other boas, when sqauretails first came out over seas they had perfect ladder tails. Now you don't find them like that any longer he has a bit of one but its kinda broken up. I think the name squaretail came from the pattern. These are extremely rare infact I have seen 3 (that are still living) with his type of pattern in the states

exactly lol they are rare and bc of that their worth has sky rocketed. In Italy they are doing lots of cool things with sqauretails. plugging them into other morphs and the color transfer is fantastic!!! So here the people that do own them are really getting excited about this project its truly the new up and coming thing. but the whole genetics of it is still complicated :/
