If we could get a picture of the face, it might help. My guess would be Jampea dwarf, but they usually have silver eyes whereas most other retic locales have orange eyes.

Could you get a picture of the face and him stretched out from the top and the side so we can see pattern and coloration better? Try not to overexpose it either. When the picture is washed out like that one is the colors get screwed up.

Wow, those eyes are intense! I would agree with Jampea dwarf, but the pattern and coloration are off. Very aberrant pattern, very interesting. Honestly there's no way to tell without the data from the person who collected/hatched him. Congrats on your new friend though!

this is a motley. yes, there are spots down the back, but to me it looks more like a squiggly line. which is why i said it KIND OF look motley. (not my pic)

Re: please help my identify my retic boss,.

Albino is screwing up the pattern.
Here's what a normal motley looks like.

Re: please help my identify my retic boss,.

Normal reticulated python patterns can vary a lot, and the patterns vary even more by locality. I've seen a lot of Jampea specimens that had "aberrant" patterns...they tend to be darker, and have more of a braided look to the back pattern. I've also noticed with Jamps that they tend to be less colorful overall....they have a greyish cast to them...however, I've seen a few truly stunning high-contrast ones too.

My guess would be nice normal Jampea dwarf for this one.
