Re: how much is my corn worth
Its only worth what someone is willing to pay for it. The question is...yes, there may be a handful of people out there willing to pay the full market value ($75 or more?) for it. But how long are you willing to wait until you find that person who A.) recognizes the value and B.) is in the market to buy? Also, how desperately do you need the cash?
Is $40 in the hand today better than waiting indefinitely for someone to pay $80?
There's no wrong answer...just gotta do whats best for you.

Re: how much is my corn worth
It's tough to get a good price for things which you don't really have a platform to sell.
I'd put it up on Craig's list and explain that it's a morph ect in the ad. Encourage people to make offers to see where the market is for your snake...

Re: how much is my corn worth
I would think $30-$50 depending on his coloration.

Re: how much is my corn worth
You'd get $50 for it in my neck of the woods. I paid $35 for an anery motley hatchling at an expo. I would have paid more for a young adult.

Re: how much is my corn worth
We paid a $100 for our proven pair of corns. Male is a bloodred motley and female is a bloodred stripped motley corns dont go for very much compared to outher species. Sorry not trying to break your heart but thats just a fact!

Re: how much is my corn worth
ya a normal motley just isn't worth that much here, if he had multiple hets, maybe, But a normal adult motley would go for about $60 here, especially unproven.

Re: how much is my corn worth
If I have time, when I sell things I usually start my price on the high end, then if I get no bites I lower it and so on.

Re: how much is my corn worth
Ya, me too. I sell higher end all year, then lower my prices at the shows to clear out and make space for new generations.

I would agree that the focus should be on finding a good home for the snake.
