Potential Problem?

Hi

Does anyone know if it is unhealthy to the herp (in my case BP)
if they are in an enclosure in which the "Seems"
are sealed with the standard White Bathroom silicone

I understand that it is toxic when "wet" but what about after it has cured

Brian,
I use clear silicone sometimes and it is used on aquariums as well. Once dry you should have no problems. Check what dye is used for the white (toxicity wise) or switch to clear. BTW, are you sure that it is silicone, because most bathfoom caulk is latex.

As long as it is silicone your OK

The last stuff I bought was white and it is aquarim safe even says so right on it so if it's silicone your good.
