Smelly Tank

Hi all.

Today i was given a second hand snake tank from a friend who no longer has snakes, when i was cleaning the tank i found two regurgitated mice in it and of course it smells really bad. I was hoping to use it for my new baby ball python, im just not sure how to clean it properly and get the smell out without harming the snake. Any suggestions?

Thanks Mylz.

Bleach water, then rinse and then let air dry.

Re: Smelly Tank

What ever you use make sure you completely clean everything 100% you have no idea what was wrong with the snake in it before. It could have had a disease or parasite...ext.
