It's a southeastern 5 lined skink. Natives of s.e. U.S. Lots here in FL. I use them to scent other food items for my baby scarlet king snakes. Most stubborn hatchlings will eat a skink scented item. The skinks themselves are absolutely georgeous when they hatch too. Lines close to the head are orange/yellow and slowly fade with age. Males heads turn red also with maturity.
