Have to wait for my snake...

I'm excited to get a female ball python, research done, got my setup ready to go...

Except...

The wife wants me to wait 2 months until my birthday. It's going to be a (hesitant) birthday gift.

2 months! Yikes! Don't ya just hate waiting for stuff

Yeah, I'll just be getting a normal (wild) phase. I think they are nice.

Haven't specifically picked one out yet because I'm waiting for petco's next batch to come through, apparently they'll be healthy and all captive bred.

If I don't like what I see at petco, it will be online order time... probably through serpentarium.

2 months is a good amount of time to make sure your husbandry is spot on before the snake arrives Maybe you can make a custom enclosure. Keep yourself busy!

That's true. I'll keep reading up and making enclosure adjustments.

Keep finding really fancy looking pieces of driftwood and rocks on the beach and cleaning them up. Might add some to the enclosure...
