Re: Nice, big wolf spider
Hubby caught it in our garage. It's easily the size of my palm. And yes, that is a cup, not a shot glass.

Re: Nice, big wolf spider
We used to get those in the house all the time when I was younger and living on a farm. We would be watching a movie on the couch and then suddenly you see something sprint across the room. At first we thought they were mice, but sadly mistaken. Lets just say that our feet went up very quickly!

Re: Nice, big wolf spider
I know a bunch of people come on here to talk to people and loose their fears of snakes... Well I am a huge wimp when it comes to spiders... I am scared to death of them... I really don't think we get any spiders that size here in Ohio, but if there was on in my garage you would not be seeing a pictures of it in a cup!! You would see a post of me whimpering and crying like a little kid that just has his lunch money taken from them... No idea why but spiders just FREAK ME OUT!!!

Re: Nice, big wolf spider
I am scared to high heaven of spiders - that are able to touch me. put em behind a pane of something clear and thick and i will ooh and aah over them and love them as much as a spider owner. just dont' let em touch me >XD
