My clay snake jewelery
So I finally got around to taking some new shots of my best pieces that I actually baked and wore around so I figured I would post the shots of what I have done so far. The first few shots are of pieces I never baked, due to one reason or another so they ended up broken or smooshed so all I have are old pictures.
Blood python
Red Green Tree neonate
Coral Snake

Re: My clay snake jewelery
So that was some of my older stuff and now for the things that actually made it into the oven and became real pieces. Now bare with me since I only make them for myself and never had fastening or anything to make actually necklaces so most snakes are places in a way to accommodate a shoe lace haha!
Eyelash Viper
Blue Green Tree
Anery and Norman Kenyan Sand Boas
Red Hot Amazon Tree Boa
All pieces are show from newest to latest and i'm aware i'm terrible at heads/faces haha.
Now this last piece is my most recent and due to my up coming craft show I have bought some findings so I was able to play around with making a pendant base and I think it came out amazing.
Mexican Black Kingsnake on a 'fire' pendant.
I'm starting to branch into some other things which are not reptile related so I wont post here, but if anyone would like to see my facebook page where I have everything you can pm me.
Thanks for looking guys and Comments and criticism is very welcome!

They are nice, but you need to make some carpet pythons!

Re: My clay snake jewelery
Hellosugaree - Thank you! I wish I could attempt a carpet but they are bit out of my league at the moment
Trollbie - I think with shipping costs you might end up paying more then I would like you too, i'm sure SnakeLovinBabe would love to make you something and it would cost less since she is in the states with you!
Alessia - Thanks He seems to be a crowd favorite, people like him cause the way he is placed he seems to be looking at you!
Korbin - It really isn't that hard, and i'm really not that good its just very simple, if you picked it up I bet you would make some great stuff too!
Bushsnake - If you are talking about SnakeLovinBabe (not sure her real name) then I know who you mean and she inspired me to start working with clay, I wish my stuff looked half as good as hers!

Re: My clay snake jewelery
You are lookin good!!!! Isnt it relaxing to work with Clay? I have not had any time to post lately because I'm working over 50 hours but the good news is I am leaving my job and going full time artist/mom! I am adding a kiln to my arsenal of tools soon and will soon be proud to offer precious metal jewelry on top of everything else! If you wanna chat about more artsy stuff feel free to PM me I'm glad to see you tried it out and that it's working for you! It's stress relieving and so much fun! Your eyelash is hot! The one I made looks just as angry as yours if you need help or have questions I am all ears! The coral snake is my favorite so far!

I love the eyelash viper, the sand boas, and i actually like the blood python too...they look really cute. Kind of cartoony in a very good way! Totally cute!

Re: My clay snake jewelery
Thank you KKgal and jaleely!
I sent you a pm Snakelovinbabe!.
So I have made a few new pieces I thought I would show off here. I've been focusing more on pokemon lately just due to the craft show coming up seeing as I don't expect as many snake lovers as kids who love pokemon.
Anyway here they are!
