Golden Child retics
Saw Hedy didn't know what they were, so I figured I would share some pics that demonstrate why this is one of the most popular retic genes out there. Its a dominate dene with no super form as far as I'm aware. Its also a dwarf gene so it stays smaller (yay!)
Here's a "regular" goldenchild baby from Harry Wessels
Here's an albino goldenchild also from Harry
here's Harry's Werewolf killer (WWK) line, Goldenchild het albino phantasm (special anery line)
Harry's black WWK, just another baby from that same clutch
another WWK
the WWKs all look the same? Tell that to this guy that really shows the anery genetics
another WWK
one more WWK

oh yeah, a regular GC is sitting somewhere between 1 and 3 thousand USD depending on who you get it from. Harry's WWKs were 15 thousand, they're expensive right now, but because they're a dom they produce more each year so hopefully the prices drop soon. I would love to add one to my collection, especially a platinum or graniteback GC.

Re: Golden Child retics
Oh my gosh, I think I need one. The first one and the leucistic are my favorites. I don't think I could choose between the two.

Re: Golden Child retics
you can pick up a nice albino GC for around 3k from Harry IIRC. The leucies are probably the most expensive since you have to first get a pair of platinum GCs, then breed them together and pray you get leucies.

Re: Golden Child retics
I don't like the albinos. I like either the leucies or the "normal" goldenchild.

Re: Golden Child retics
No, I didn't. I don't actually like most albino morphs of anything. There are few (boa constrictors, Pika, sand boas, some leopard geckos), but most I don't like.

Re: Golden Child retics
Wow, beautiful all around. Retics are one of the species that I honestly prefer the normals though. My dream is a normal male super dwarf with orange eyes. Yea, that's what I want.
