Enclosure design for my sav

Everyone! I'm moving for 3 months to my grandparents to work, and I was gonna bring cass I was thinking about building a enclosure there before I went there. But I would like to make a cage I could take down and set it up at my house! 2 hours away. I would want to make the full 8x4ft for my sav. Is there anyway I could take it down and build the full setup again? Anyone have any plans?

I will draw you up an idea, if you use bolts instead of screws or nails, all you need is a wrench set to take it apart to move it.

Wish I'd have thought of that. Lucy's enclosure was built in place, weighs several hundred pounds because of the grout work inside and duilt like Fort Knox. Don't think that'll be coming to New Mexico with us!

Same here, my Sav enclosure is bolted, screwed, nailed and glued together.

There is a ton+ sitting there, if I ever sold the house, I would have to either include it in the sale or wreck it to take it out.

and yes, I have toyed with the idea of selling the house with about 1 acre of lawn, keep the rest of the land and put a different house back by the creek.

I also toss the idea of duplexing the house and renting it as two apartments around in my head.

Re: Enclosure design for my sav

while I am thinking this through, how big can each panel be for you to move it?

do you have the means to transport full 4x8 walls??

Or do you need to take them down smaller?

There is a member of another forum who successfully pulled this off for this water dragons. When I get home I will ask him for the plans.

Cool stuff, then between the two enclosure ideas, you can come up with something that can be taken down and put back up in a couple hours time.
