Re: Good snake ??
Well, ball pythons and brb's get over 3 feet, my brb is almost 2 yr old and shes 4 - 4.5 ft. Garter snake or a nice little hognose would be more suited.

Re: Good snake ??
Three feet is not very big, that will limit the choices. And all snakes can bite. Maybe a rosy boa or sand boa?

Re: Good snake ??
Hoggies are nice, and even when they strike, they still don't open their mouths, they head but.

Re: Good snake ??
SO many hoggie sellers in the states. Buy from any of them and pay 50$ shipping.

Re: Good snake ??
Hardly, they are considered rear fang venomous, but the teeth do more damage then the venom itself. They also need to chew with the back fangs to ingest it. Most hoggies will headbut you instead of biting anyway.
Edit: I believe it is neurotoxic, and you can be allergic to it.

Re: Good snake ??
Its supposed to be like a bee sting at most.. no real danger unless your highly allergic, just like a bee haha.
