Disappointing zoo trip

So I went to York's Wild Animal Kingdom in York, Maine. I got my hopes up because on the website it lists all kinds of reptiles but I got there and was disappointed. In total they had a RTB, milk snake, tortoise, two alligators and a Argentine B & W tegu. But they let me handle the RTB which was cool. Anyways has anyone been there before? They're supposed to have a huge reptile house next year.

Never been there.
Just a tip, call them in advance, the way these things tend to work is they either cycle their animals that are on display for feedings and medical care, or they give them breaks.
Calling them and asking then X and X will be there can make the trip so much better for you

I worked in a reptile zoo for a while, great fun

Thanks for the tip. It wasn't that they were feeding or anything they had just taken down their reptile house for some reason.

Did you ask for credit towards the next trip? Because everything was down.

See if you can get to the Bronx Zoo sometime. A long trip for you, I know buy the reptile house is decent and the rest of the place is pretty cool too.
