What snake is this? Queen or Garter?

Is this either a garter or queen snake? The belly looks like a queen, but the lack of a stripe makes it look like a garter. Maybe even something else? Thanks in advance!

I had to do some digging to find out where you are from.. so anyways, Both species are found in Ohio.. However I am leaning more to it being a queen snake, the markings look like one.
