Finally good news !!

I have a female Savanah monitor that had 3/4's her back burned by the previous owner .. she ate at first but stopped about 3 weeks ago .. brouht her to the vet (3 weeks ago).. the buned caused a secondary infection to her lungs ...

She has been put on antibiotics but the vet told me there was a 50 / 50 % chance she would make it ..

After force feeding her several times and giving her .1cc of bathryl everyday, she seemed to be improcing.. expecially in the last 3 days .. shes been more active and much more alert .. and finally today..

She ate two rats for me! I was so happy ..

After all my bad luck with all my animals I think that she will pull through. First good news this month.

Just had to share my joyous moment
