pixie

for the last year my hubby has talked about a pixie frog! His beloved asian water dragon of ten years passed away almost a year ago so at the local reptile show today i picked him up a present!

Re: pixie

they come from Africa theyre an African bull frog so he will get huge !!! He is housed in a fish tank with a coco/soil substrate to burrow under on one side and a "swimming pool " on the other! We have a full spectrum light above him as well! Theyre very aggressive eaters , and reportedly grow very quickly , right now he is very tiny.

Re: pixie

That is awesome.Ive been wanting a pixie frog(the name sure doesnt fit the frog).I hear they get huge.I have an albino pacman right now and he is a little eating machine.I imagine the Pixies can really eat.
Do they "need" UVB ?
