Bad egg

Terrible focus but you can still see the difference.

Good egg

Good egg

Bad egg

19 have veins 1 was yellow with no veins. They all looked good until we pt the light on them. Oh they are almost 1 month along. My fiancée said we should dissect the egg and I thought it would be a good idea until we opened it and it appeared to be under pressure and kinda squirted out a bit. It didn't smell or anything but just seeing milky white stuff ooze out almost made me lose it... aka barf...

Another interesting thing I noticed is that the eggs have seemed to smooth out from when they were initially layed.

Re: Bad egg

Eek. Too bad about that egg. ;/ And sorry to hear you lost a meal. ;p
Best of luck with the other 19 though.
Oh, and it's nice to hear how interested/involved your wife-to-be is with your hobby, for her to suggest the egg dissection and all.

Oh wow, I didn't know that's how you tell goods from bads, or at least one way of doing it.~ Was there anything else inside?
