Getting my first snake

Hi everyone,

My name is Adam. I am going to be getting my first snake in about 2 weeks. I am getting a Jungle Carpet Python. I joined so I could get advice on my new pet, and to meet people with simalar interests.

My first snake was a ball python just to get my skills right with the cages and stuff. Hopefully your jcp goes as well as my first snake. She's bitten me a couple of times so I hope your ready!

good luck on your new journey! i brought my first snake almost 2 years ago and got hooked straight away. theyre just so much more fascinating than any other pet. im quite lucky that i started with nice and easy corns as they allowed me to get the basics right, but that was just my choice at the time. have fun with your new pet dude

i am a tad biased as its only carpets i keep
