It be 50% sibling don't have the jag gene. Either it's a jag or it not. Sibling are just a nother snake. You could cross 2 sibling a 100 times and you would never get a jag. Hope that helps. And welcome to our site.

Re: Crossing - potentional offspring

the jaguar gene is co dominatnt so you should in theory get 50% jaguars and 50% siblings as marvel said.

the neuro issues with jags are pretty common.in saying that most jags ive seen show no signs of this issue.i would'nt let it put you off breeding mate.imo the jag gene has produced some of the nicest looking carpets ive seen.

does your jaguar show any signs of the neuro issue ? head wobbles etc.

you got any pictures of your pair ?

cheers shaun

to be honest mate 90% of jaguars ive seen show no signs of neuro issues.it would be a shame to class all jags as soiled goods as this is most definatley not the case.

some of the best looking carpets around have the jag gene to thank for their looks.

cheers shaun

Thats a bold statement to make mate. As has been said jags have been known to have neuro issues, but not owning any myself i cannot comment on experience. If Shaun has not had any problems as he's said, i would believe him 100% in the fact that its very minor at best with a lot of cases. Of course there are some who have shown major neuro effects, but this is when they are highly excited.
Back to the topic of this thread, i agree with what the percentages you have already been given by others. Oh and welcome to the site too.
