Does anyone know where i may be able to get a herk beetle?
or if there even legal in toronto?
i just want one for my personal collection

i am looking for something like that to, if you call some pet stores around the area and see if they can get them, if they cant, then you probably not going to find one

Most insects are considered pests so it's going to be tough to get around the local laws.

Along the lines of what Aaron said, many insects are considered invasive and are illegal to keep. (IE african giant millipedes, mantids, giant african land snails etc) So I'm not sure abut beetles like that...sorry I can't be of more help.
