Need Help with sick Cuban Tree Frog

Hello!
This is new to me, but upon desperation I joined to ask questions and hopefully get some answers too. I have a Cuban tree frog that we have had for about a year and a half, she seems to be actiing sick and very lethargic. I just put in some crickets dusted with a calcium supplement and shes not eating, no signs of drinking in the last couple days either! I just got her 10 gallon tank all cleaned up, so its nice and moist and its nearly 80 in there. No signs of any red leg or anything visual, just wont eat or get into water dish to drink. I am keeping her misted everyday, and I have done a ton of research on her when we go her so we would understand the frogs and the best habitat for then to live happily and healthy, but I am stumped!! Anyone can help, please suggest....
Thanks!
