Hello! We found this little guy in my friend's basement a while back and set him free after taking a couple pictures...They're not the greatest, but any idea what he is? He looks like a corn snake to me, but seems kind of unusual coloring for a corn...

I'm pretty sure that's a cornsnake, with the head shape. I have a kingsnake and the head is not like that at all. I'd go with what JinxtheBP said- looks like a dead ringer to me. Cute little guy anyway.

I am sticking to it. Eastern Milksnake. Widely found and can vary in slight tones upon the "normal" look.

..... what about Miami or Okatee (sp?) corn snake phase hatchlings, the banded variety? just putting it out there, been looking at a lot of corn hatchlings lately >.>
