how do i get my avatar?

Hi there,
Mkay, Click on "User CP" it is near the top of the page and has other options such as FAQ, Members List, Calendar, New Posts....
Once you've clicked it there will be a menu on the left hand side of the screen. Look it over. About half way down there will be something that says "Settings and options" under that heading it will say "Edit avatar" click that. Then you should be able to upload a picture of appropriate size to be your avatar.
